Joining your school

Why am I being asked to pay for a course?

If your school, college or supply agency pays for your training, please don't pay. Your account isn't connected to them yet, and you need their join code or join link.

If you work through a supply agency, the join code is in what they sent you when you registered with them. If you can't find it, ask your consultant.

  1. Find the join code or join link from your school, college or agency. A code looks like ABC-DEF.
  2. Sign in with the email address they have for you. If you've already made an account with a different address, that's fine: sign in to that account and use the code anyway.
  3. Open the link, or go to learn.creativeeducation.co.uk/join and type the code.

Once you've joined, the courses they pay for open and the price buttons go away. Some agencies only pay for a set of compliance courses, so other courses may still show a price. Ask your agency which ones they cover.

If nobody pays for your training, you can start a 14-day free trial of membership, which opens every course, or buy a single course. See "What memberships are there?" and "Can I buy just one course?".

If you've already paid by mistake, email happytohelp@creativeeducation.co.uk and tell us which school, college or agency you work for. We'll connect your account and sort out the payment.
