Memberships and payments

Can I buy just one course?

Yes. Open the course and press the Buy button, which shows the price and how long the course is yours (most are £51 for 12 months). You pay by card, and you get a certificate when you finish. Some collections of courses can be bought the same way.

If your school, college or supply agency pays for your training, don't buy a course. Use their join code instead: see "Why am I being asked to pay for a course?".

Some courses can be paid for by invoice instead. Press "Ask for an invoice", fill in who to invoice and any purchase order number, and we'll email you when the course is open. Until then Account shows it as "Waiting for invoice".

Once bought, the course is on My learning under Bought, and in Account, under Access, with the date it ends.

For 30 days after you buy, what you paid counts towards a year's personal membership, which opens every course. See "Does the course I bought count towards membership?".

A single course is for the person taking it. If your school wants to pay for several staff to take courses, a school membership may work out cheaper. Email happytohelp@creativeeducation.co.uk and we'll price it up.

If you've paid but the course isn't open, check you're signed in with the email address you paid with. Bought courses belong to the account that bought them. If it's still not open, email happytohelp@creativeeducation.co.uk.

You can't pass a course on to a colleague, so each person who wants it needs to buy their own. If your school bought a course on your behalf, sign in with the email address they used when they paid.

Stripe emails you a receipt. If you need a VAT invoice, email accounts@creativeeducation.co.uk. The same goes for personal memberships: receipts are under Account, then Access, then "Manage membership", and accounts@ can send a VAT invoice.
