Usually not. If you joined with your school, college or agency's code, they see the course in their records as soon as you press "Finish and get certificate".
Some agencies also ask you to upload certificates to their own system. If yours does, download the PDF from Your record on My learning, or copy the certificate's check link, and send it the way they asked.
There's no need to send certificates to Creative Education. They're always in Your record, and anyone can check one is genuine from its check link.
