About this course
When girls fall out, the stories never quite add up, parents want action, and you can lose days trying to find out who said what. Ask the girls and they'll tell you it gets worse when adults step in.
Girls on Board gives you a different job. You listen and validate, check it isn't bullying, then hand the problem back to the girls with the tools to solve it. You'll see how a session works. Girls recognise behaviours like the queen bee, the messenger and the girl in the water straight away, and the corridor test and role play let them see a falling out from every side. There's advice on what to say to parents, and what not to say to the girls.
It's presented by a former headteacher who started the approach after watching unhappy girls leave his school.
- For early career teachers, governors and 5 other roles. All phases.
